At TalentWorldGroup, people are at the heart of everything we do. Behind every successful project, every client partnership and every talented professional joining our community, there is a team working to create connections, provide support and make sure people feel that they truly belong. This is where the Talent Pool Managers Team plays a central role.
As Talent Pool Managers, our mission goes far beyond onboarding people into the Talent Pool. We are one of the first points of contact for our talents and, throughout their journey with TWG, we remain a bridge between people, projects, teams, processes and opportunities. We help talents understand who we are, what we stand for and how they can grow with us, while also helping the company understand the people behind the profiles.
One of our most important values at TalentWorldGroup is simple: People First.
We believe that every talent is more than a CV, a language combination, a skill set or a resource for a project. Every person brings individual experiences, ambitions, strengths, perspectives and expectations. Our role is to recognize that individuality and create an environment where people feel respected, listened to and valued.
This connects directly with our commitment to Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. TWG brings together people from different countries, cultures, backgrounds, generations, professional experiences and ways of thinking. Diversity gives us different perspectives. Inclusion ensures those perspectives are welcomed. Belonging means creating a community where people feel they have a meaningful place within it.
Building Relationships, Not Just Managing Processes
Talent Pool Management involves many processes: orientations, compliance and Academy requirements, audits, availability, candidate follow-ups, project communication, introductions, documentation and coordination with different teams.
But behind every process, there is a person.
That is why one of our core values is Legendary Customer Service: treating clients like family, while extending the same spirit of care to our talents and colleagues. We want communication to feel human, approachable and supportive. Whether someone is joining TWG for the first time, returning after a period away, moving between projects or simply looking for guidance, we want them to know that there is someone they can reach out to.
Our role is also about being proactive. We move at speed, let information flow and solve problems in real time. When something is unclear, we ask. When something needs attention, we follow up. When a process can be improved, we look for a better way.
Living Our Values Every Day
Our work is closely guided by TWGโs leadership and core values. We believe in loyalty, honesty, trust, discipline, unity and collaboration. We believe in psychological safety, openness and full transparency, without hidden agendas. People should feel comfortable raising questions, sharing concerns and suggesting improvements.
We also believe in being TWG Connected: planning tasks around communication rather than expecting communication to fit around tasks. In a global company, connection is essential. Good communication keeps teams aligned, prevents misunderstandings and ensures that information reaches the right people at the right time.
We embrace disruption and innovation, because standing still is not an option in a constantly changing world. We think big and in scale, while still paying attention to the individual details that shape someoneโs experience.
We believe in adding value and meaning to everything we do. A reminder, an orientation call, an introduction post, a follow-up message or an updated process may seem like a small action, but each interaction contributes to the overall experience of being part of TWG.
Another value that defines our way of working is Own Your Game: always on time and always prepared. In Talent Pool Management, we coordinate across multiple people, projects and priorities, and we need to be reliable. Taking ownership means anticipating needs, following through and making sure that commitments are respected.
At the same time, we embrace the No Moan Zone. Challenges are inevitable in any organization, but they should become opportunities for communication and improvement. Honest conversations, constructive feedback and mutual respect allow teams to move forward together.
Lifelong learning and curiosity are fundamental to our ecosystem. TWG is constantly evolving, and so is the Talent Pool Managers Team. We learn from our talents, our colleagues, our clients and even from the processes that do not work perfectly the first time.
We believe in EQ because the team starts with you. Emotional intelligence, empathy, self-awareness and the ability to understand different perspectives are essential when working with people from around the world.
And finally, we believe in Zero Ego. TWG is much more than any one individual. Our best results come from collaboration, shared responsibility and the willingness to support one another.
Making Every Step Count
Ultimately, the Talent Pool Managers Team exists to make the journey better, from the first welcome to the next opportunity and every step in between. We protect the trust people place in us, including through our commitment to ultimate data protection. We celebrate progress, encourage curiosity, support development and strive to create meaningful experiences.
Because the journey is the goal
And our goal is to make people happy, help them succeed and be the best neighbor we can be to our talents, our colleagues, our clients and the wider TWG community.
This is what Talent Pool Management means to us: connecting people with opportunity, supporting people through their journey and building a community where everyone can feel valued, included and truly part of TalentWorldGroup.
